How We Deliver Support

Skilled and Specialist Carers.

All of our carers:
Receive ongoing training in areas such as safeguarding, autism awareness, managing challenging behaviour, moving and handling, communication strategies, and sensory integration.
Use child-centred approaches that promote trust, attachment, and emotional regulation.
Understand how to create calm, structured, and engaging environments that are responsive to each child’s needs.
Collaborative Approach
We build strong partnerships with families, schools, and healthcare teams. We involve parents or guardians at every stage and ensure the child’s voice is central in planning and delivery.

08. Medication Administration
Prior to us commencing your care, we will carry out a medication risk assessment to determine the level of assistance that you require from our carers to manage your medication. Where it has been established that you require assistance, the carers will assist you to administer your tablets as prescribed by your GP and this will be documented in your care plan.

What We Offer

01. In-Home and Community-Based Support
Morning and evening routines: support with waking, dressing, washing, breakfast, and bedtime. School or college preparation: getting ready, drop-off/pick-up, and one-to-one support as needed. After-school and weekend activities: play, sports, sensory play, arts and crafts, and social outings. Support in attending appointments: GP, hospital, OT, speech and language therapy, or educational reviews. Assistance with personal care: including feeding, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
02. Support Tailored to the Individual. We pay close attention to the child’s:
Likes, dislikes, and sensory preferences Interests and hobbies (e.g. nature walks, water play, music) Daily routines and structure Preferred methods of communication (e.g. Makaton, PECS, gestures, visual schedules) Religious or cultural values Goals for independence, communication, or behaviour
03. Short Breaks and Respite Care
We offer flexible support to give families planned short breaks, whether for a few hours or regular ongoing support, allowing parents and carers time to rest, work, or attend appointments.
